The prices are per apartment per week for the winter season, per person per day for the summer season. No discount for children. Linen on request € 10. Hightsason prices for Easter week.
To the indicated prices will be added the local tourist tax of EURO 1.00 per person per day.
Check in 4 pm and check out 10.00 am.
We kindly ask you to respect these times and to inform us beforehand about the approximate time of your arrival.Please let us know in advance, if you are planning to check in after 8:00 p.m.
At the time of booking, we request a deposit of € 200 Euro, sent either by postal order or bank transfer to the following account

If we don’t receive the deposit within 8 days, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
This deposit is a guarantee of the contract and will not be refunded in case of cancellation by the client.
In case of late arrival, early departure or smaller number of guests, the total price of the reservation will be billed.
As always when making a booking, a confirmation in writing is required either via post, fax or email indicating client details.
Please pay the final bill the night before departure in the following ways:
- in cash for total amounts of less than EURO 1999.99;
- by bank transfer (in this case the entire payment for your stay should be transferred before your arrival);
- by credit card (VISA, Maestro, Mastercard, Euro Card) and debit card;
Prices may be subject to modifications.
Upon prior agreement, we accept pets, provided that their owners never leave their pets alone in the rooms and undertake entire responsibility for any damage caused by their pets.
